The award recognizes
innovative business owners and individuals who spot a market niche and
seize the opportunity to fill it. Mr. Falke and his wife launched the
company from their living room a mere eight years ago, starting out with
just four employees and one government contract. A-T Solutions now
employs more than 400 people and generates more than $100 million in
annual revenues. The company works closely with the departments of
Defense, State, Justice and Homeland Security in sectors such as
intelligence, global security and technology solutions. In addition, Mr.
Falke founded the Wounded EOD Warrior Foundation to aid soldiers injured
while attempting to defuse explosives in war zones.
