| The Spotsylvania County, Economic Development Authority (EDA) meets on the 4th Thursday of each month at 6:00pm (unless the date falls on a holiday) in the Economic Development Conference Room at the Department of Economic Development & Tourism located at 9019 Old Battlefield Boulevard, Suite 310, Spotsylvania, VA 22553.
